1, The price on website is final before tax prices, it does not include delivery & installation costs.

2, All of furniture are wrapped and placed into boxes for pick up by sedan, Vân or SUV. Some models the biggest a box need to be strapped on top of SUV.

3, The mattress can only be placed on top of VAN or SUV. For environmentally, we use a knit material to wrap the mattresses, not plastic bags. So, it can't be pick up on the roof in heavy rain.

4, For simple furniture installation, we will send an installation link. Generally, you can install it yourself. We will provide special shaped tools if needed. You need to prepare general tools such as screwdrivers by yourself.

For more complicated furniture installation, we will install it in advance for free. If you are not strong physically, we suggest you contact a professional to install to prevent injuries.

*NOTE*if you have never done so before, please don't use of power tools.

5, If delivery is required, we provide delivery and installation at additional costs depending on the distance the charge is $50 up. Our warehouse is on the No6 Road of Richmond. If you aren't buying a lot of furniture, you can use your SUV, Văn or to rent a U-Haul.

6，Please note: there are absolutely no C.O.D orders under any circumstances. All balances owing must be paid in advance at least 2 days prior to delivery or alternative delivery dates will have to be arranged. We are sorry no exceptions can be made.

7, If you purchased a lot of furniture need transport & installation, we need to transport by truck. The charge is for 2 workers along with a truck, every hour will be $100，two hours up plus half an hour driving empty.

8，for 1 worker along with a truck, every hour will be $70，two hours up plus half an hour driving empty. but we will ship the furniture to your home after loading and need your help to move them together.

*NOTE*: Timing starts from loading in the warehouse.

9, Normally we are not responsible for cleaning and pick up away the cartons, foam and other packaging materials of the furniture. But we provide clean up service for packaging cardboard boxes and foam and take away the old furniture you want to throw away are also available, the charge is calculated separately.

10, When you are unable to screw in or construct a certain part, please check again everything we sell has been measured to perfection.

so, there will be no issue with the sizing. And we double check each package before sending it to you to make sure it's perfect for installation.
