【About Delivery & Installation】

The price on website is final before tax prices, it does not include delivery & installation costs. For simple furniture installation, we will send an installation link. Generally, you can install it yourself.

We will provide special shaped tools if needed. You need to prepare general tools such as screwdrivers by yourself. For more complicated furniture installation, we will install it in advance for free.

All items displayed on the website are in stock and has stock quantity show at the bottom of the product introduction (*Units in Stock). If it's sold out, it will be removed from the website.

We don’t offer online orders due to shipping costs since some boxes are heavy and large. If you need to purchase, please contact us see the actual product at Richmond and pick up.

We offer free delivery for *some* furniture in the Richmond area (conditions apply). Other cities if you live less than 10 kilometers from the warehouse at NO6 road Richmond, we can deliver it to your home for free too (conditions apply).

But delivery is to your apartment building or house stairway for unloading only. We are not responsible for moving upstairs to the apartment or entering your house.

More than 10 kilometers away from the warehouse, we provide delivery and installation at additional costs depending on the distance the charge is $50 up.

If pick up is unavailable for you, you can head to the Uber app and have someone pick up for you, but before we get everything ready you will need to pay first. After a date is confirmed, we will contact you when everything’s ready and you can the Uber.

【Return Policy】

All the furniture we sell is brand new furniture not used and has a one-year warranty guarantee.

1, Most of our furniture is made of solid wood. Solid wood generally has tree knots, tree scars, tooth joint marks, splicing color differences and some plugging and repairs. This is normal and not a quality problem. If you care, we recommend that you purchase furniture made of density board (MDF) with wood grain paper is pasted on the surface.

2, If the surface of furniture you see has uniform pattern, neat and consistent cutting edges, it is 100% made of (MDF) material with wood grain paper on the surface. Around 95% of the furniture in the market is made with MDF, because it's cheap to source.

3, The furniture is meant to be viewed from far away, the position where the appearance of the furniture is revealed after assembly from the materials to the paint of outward appearance furniture everything used for is carefully hand-picked. But for the invisible parts of the furniture after assembly, such as the back and bottom corner edge of the furniture, the materials used are random, and the paint and polish are simply processing.

4, If you pick attention to the details of the product, and choose furniture with the details of selecting crafts, we can't do it with furniture at this price, we are recommended that you buy more expensive furniture.

We have protected the main surfaces of the furniture after painting, but we cannot protect all other parts. Scratches may appear on the paint surface during transportation. The decorative gold painting and carvings on the furniture are all painted by hand and cannot be guaranteed to be perfect.

5, because most of our furniture is made of solid wood, the paint will have cracks due to changes in climate and temperature, especially in the position of the furniture expansion joint. However, over a short period of time, it will stop and get used to the new environment and apply a little bit of paint at the position of the crack and it will be perfect as new we will provide a touch-up paint.

6, The pictures on website are all taken from real objects, the real furniture will not be much different from the pictures. But with new shipments coming each time our furniture style and color is adjusted therefore it will not be the exact same as the picture on website. If you would like to see our current available style set up a time to see it in person.

7, When you paid the amount of furniture, all products may be returned within 7days of purchase. But returned product must be accompanied by an original sales receipt/invoice and in a re-saleable condition, Except for on sale, samples, final sale, clearance furniture.

8, However, we do not accept returns after unboxing and assembled, because furniture has many accessories, the boxes have been opened already, and since some small parts are missing, we will not be able to build it again. Pre-built and already installed furniture are nonrefundable.
